Symptom

The description of rating scale is changed for completed forms in Latest experience of Performance Management after modifying the rating scale

Environment

SAP Successfactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Set the rating scale Label=label 1, description= description 1.
  2. Launch a form and complete the form.
  3. Click the icon near the overall form rating, the rating scale is Label=label 1, description= description 1.
  4. Modify the rating scale to Label=label 1+1, description= description 1+1.
  5. Go to the completed form, and click the icon to check:
    Label=label 1+1, description= description 1+1.
    *the expected behavior is 'Label=label 1, description= description 1+1.

    Cause

    This is a known issue.

    Resolution

     

    The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

    Workaround: Use legacy Performance Management.
    In legacy UI, after modifying rating scale, only description will change, the label will keep old label. This is current system behavior.
