• New hires' Growth Portfolios are not automatically updating with role-mapped competencies.
• The issue requires manually saving the role profile to correct, which is an additional and redundant step for administrators.
• Reimporting Role-mapped competencies resolves the issue for current new hires already in the system but does not work for future new hires, requiring the same action repeatedly.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Search for the user under Employee Profile.
2. Navigate to Actions -> Growth Portfolio.
3. Observe that attributes are not displayed.
4. Navigate to Manage Job Profile Content.
5. Open the Role and save the Role.
6. Return to the Growth Portfolio page.
7. Observe that competencies and skills are now displayed.
