What are the differences between "Sync HRIS Data" and "HRIS Sync" jobs?

Reproducing the Issue

Under Scheduled Job Manager, we can see there are 2 jobs types related to Hris Sync.

Resolution

  1. "HRIS Sync Data" is related to the outer structure and take the examples here which  involves two job requests, 361586 and 361584.
  2. "HRIS Sync" pertains to the inner structure and can be understood as execution of the jobs.
