3698312 - E-Invoicing Include PDF Field Missing in Account Master Data

Symptom

The "E-Invoicing Incl. PDF" field is missing in the Account Master data.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Account Management work center.
  2. Select the Accounts view.
  3. Select All Accounts.
  4. Search for the id "XXXXXXXX".
  5. Click on Edit and select General.
  6. Navigate to the Communication tab.
  7. Select the Collaboration subtab.
  8. Select Customer Invoice / Credit Memo Business Document.
  9. Observe that the field "E-Invoicing Incl. PDF" is not visible.

Cause

This feature was an enhancement for cooperate accounts with the release 2511 and private accounts will follow with the release 2602.

This is only available in the Multi output channel UI.

Resolution

In the Business configuration, Multiple output channel needs to be part of the implementation project. Note with the single output channel UI the feature is not available.
