Error when using the "modify form route map" tool to modify form including EP step
Error message: "operation failed. only forms with the same route map steps can be mass modified"

SAP Successfactors Performance Management

1. Go to 'modify form route map' tool
2. Select a form template and a group of forms
3. Make changes to the route map and click next button
   Error occurs: operation failed. only forms with the same route map steps can be mass modified

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround: using the small batch for different number of EP.
