3698379 - PY‑GB: E‑filing Error in CPI

Symptom

The following error messages appear in the B2A Manager log after an e‑filing attempt to HMRC (FPS, EPS, FPSA, P11D):

  • sun/misc/BASE64Encoder
  • HR_GB_EFO_FPS_MM_25
  • XIMappingException

The Substatus in the log may display one of the following:

  • Communication error
  • Fatal error
