When Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms is enabled, the Metric Lookup Table is visible within the Others Details Tab even though it is not configured in the related Goal Plan XML's form-layout section. When using the Legacy Experience, the MLT remains hidden.

Reproducing the Issue
- Enable “Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms.”
- Observe that the Metric Lookup Table appears within the Others Details Tab.
- Compare this behavior with the Legacy Experience, where the MLT is hidden.
Cause
As it is explained in the guide, Latest Form Experience doesn't support form-layout:
Latest Experience of Performance Management Forms | SAP Help Portal (Open this section on this page: Table: Unsupported Configurations and Features)
Users can see all goal plan fields that they have permission to view.
Resolution
Change user permissions in order to disable the visibility of Metric Lookup Table details.
