3698479 - French Translation Missing Apostrophes for Multiple Goal Management Keys

When customizing French translations for multiple goal management keys in Manage Languages, apostrophes do not appear. For example, customizing the GOALS_TEMPLATE_UXR_MIN_GOAL_WEIGHT_MESSAGE message key with L'objectif will display as Lobjectif: 

• The issue is observed in the following message keys:
  • GOALS_TEMPLATE_UXR_MIN_GOAL_WEIGHT_MESSAGE
  • GOALS_V2_Field_Weight_Max_Total_Warning_Message
  • GOALS_TEMPLATE_UXR_MAX_GOAL_WEIGHT_MESSAGE

1. Log into SuccessFactors using French
2. Customize the French translation for Goal message keys in Manage Languages
3. Select the dropdown menu > Objectifs
4. Select a goal plan
5. Trigger the min goal, max goal, and field weight max warnings
6. Words like L'objectif (with apostrophes) will display as Lobjectif (without apostrophes)

This is a known issue.
