Symptom
The Gap Analysis button on the form displays incorrect information, showing the employee with a higher rating even when the manager has a higher rating when behaviors are rated on the form.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
Reproducing the Issue

Launch a Performance Form where behaviors are rated and the Gap Analysis button is available on the form.

Ensure the Overall Score Pod button permission on the form is set to “None”.

Open the form as a step user (for example, manager or proxy user) and navigate to the Gap Analysis pod.

Observe the Gap Analysis results:

The pod displays competencies where the employee rating appears higher than the manager rating.

Review the same competencies directly on the form:

Notice that at least one competency actually has the manager rating higher than the employee rating, which contradicts the Gap Analysis display.

Cause
This is a Known Issue.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release (b2605).

Workaround
Enable the "Overall Score Pod" button permissions in the form configuration to ensure the Gap Analysis pod displays correct data.
