3698530 - Employment differentiator field is not displayed unexpectedly

We have configured employment differentiator properly but for specific picklist field is not displayed in the header.

People Profile - Full Profile

1. Configure employment differentiator object with one picklist data type field.
2. Enable assignmentDisplayHeader field from Manage Business Configuration and grant RBP permissions.
3. Refresh Assignment Header under Comany System and Logo Settings.
4. This field is not displayed in the header in latest people profile.

For Picklist, system uses the default company language set in provisioning for all synchronization operations. In customer instance, the default language label is not maintained for the picklist, hence no value has been synced to EP side.

For example, customer has set provisioning default language as en_US, however no picklist label maintained for en_US.

1. Maintain picklist label for default language.
2. Refresh Assignment Header under Comany System and Logo Settings.
