Symptom

  • Search function with multiple asterisks (*) does not work across various entities.
  • When searching for *Verein*bild*, the system attempts to match a single word containing both "Verein" and "bild", resulting in no matches.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the tenant.
  2. Navigate to the Contract account.
  3. Input the value *Verein* in the search bar.
  4. Relevant accounts can be searched.
  5. Change the value to *Verein*bild* in the search bar.
  6. The matched accounts cannot be searched.

Resolution

  1. When searching for *Verein*bild*, the system attempts to match a single word containing both "Verein" and "bild", which does not exist.
  2. To achieve the intended search result, input *Verein *bild* with a space in between. This indicates separate matches for "Verein" and "bild".
