Symptom

  • An error occurs when creating new story reports or running existing story reports in SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 2505.
  • Error message: "We're Sorry... but the server is currently unable to handle the request (error code 503)."
  • After some time, another error message appears: "You were not automatically logged on to the remote data source. Please ask your administrator to verify the SAML Single Sign On configuration. Correlation ID: 3509337404104406b153107762343422."
