3698552 - 2H Notes release testing - unable to validate a Onboarding note

Symptom

Upon initiating an onboarding process from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, not able to view comprehensive status and get redirected to specific pages that provide more details.

Reproducing the Issue

  • Initiate onboarding through Recruiting.
  • Click on activity.
  • Not able to view comprehensive status and get redirected to specific pages that provide more details.

Resolution

Customers must use the latest applicant workbench and New Applicant Management Experience. Only if these are enabled, the option will be available. 

As an administrator, navigate to Admin Center  Manage Recruiting Settings. Proceed to the Candidate Summary section and select Enable Latest Applicant Workbench, if not enabled already.

The recruiter must then navigate to Recruiting  Job Requisitions tab  Candidates option and enable the New Applicant Management Experience switch.
