Symptom
- Discrepancy in table records observed during database failover from disaster recovery (DR) to primary data center (DC).
- More records were found at DC compared to DR after the failover.
- Records with last update timestamp of 00:12 hrs were present in DC but missing in DR.
- The entries appear legitimate and are visible in the active database at DC.
- This issue did not occur during prior runs, including when moving from DC to DR.
