3698557 - Incorrect Functional Area being defined during JV allocation and project settlement

Symptom

When running JV allocation, the program seems to be picking up the functional area of the sender cost element or the cost element of the original document entry which is then carried over during JV Allocation, JV cutback, and finally to project settlement. This leads to an unexpected functional area is derived in JV allocation and project settlement in GJG5.
