3698562 - [[RECRUITING_ERP_JOBREFERRAL_URL]] token redirects to My Profile page instead of referred job in Customer Data Cloud (CDC) enabled external career site - Recruiting Management

• In Customer Data Cloud (CDC)-enabled instances, when a candidate clicks on the [[RECRUITING_ERP_JOBREFERRAL_URL]] token in the referral email and creates an account, the My Profile page is displayed instead of the referred job page. This prevents the candidate from accessing and applying to the referred job directly.
• In non-CDC instances, the related job posting page is displayed, allowing the candidate to apply to the referred job directly. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. In a CDC-enabled instance, refer a candidate to a job req
2. Receive the referral mail containing the [[RECRUITING_ERP_JOBREFERRAL_URL]] token
3. Click on the URL and create an account on the external career site
4. Observe that the page switches to the My Profile page, preventing the candidate from accessing and applying to the referred job directly.

It's a known issue.

The engineering team confirmed this is a known issue and scheduled to fix it in version 1H 2026.
