Symptom
- When a user is withdrawn by a manager, the manager does not have an option to remove the item from the user's learning plan if "Require Withdrawal Reason" is set to "Yes".
- The withdrawal window does not display the "Remove Item from Learning Plan" option, causing the associated learning item to remain on the user's plan.

Reproducing the Issue
- Assign an ILT learning item to a direct report and enroll them into a class.
- Withdraw the direct report from the class.
- Observe that the withdrawal reason pop-up does not display the "Remove Item from Learning Plan" option, leaving the associated learning item on the user's learning plan.
Cause
This is a Known Issue.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release (b2605).

Workaround
Managers can remove the item from learning plan under team view or withdraw users using 'Manage Enrollment' option where remove item from learning plan option is visible
