Symptom

  • When opening the Joule window, it shows error message: "Internal Server Error".
  • Check the HTTP trace, you notice 500 return code for this URL
    • https://<subdomain>.<region>.sapdas.cloud.sap/login/callback?authType=ias&code=xxxx&iss=xxxx
  • "Create Shadow Users on User Logon" is disabled in subaccount trust configuration for "Custom Identity Provider for Applications (sap.custom)"
