- The following error appears: "java.lang.IllegalStateException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: javax.persistence: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute batch"
Cause
The error is due to unsupported HRIS-sync mapping defined in the system.
Resolution
- Run Check Tool > Employee Central HRIS Sync to identify incorrectly defined fields in Manage Business Configuration > Employee Central > HRIS Sync Mappings.
- Ensure that the system synchronizes Employee Central data based on hard-coded sync mappings from HRIS fields to standard elements.
- Avoid deleting or duplicating hard-coded sync mappings to prevent unexpected behaviors.
