3698604 - Indiana state withholding form WH-4 - county field not displaying

The "Indiana County of Residence" dropdown field is not displaying any counties when attempting to complete the Indiana State Withholding Form WH-4 during onboarding.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to the Indiana State Withholding Form WH-4 during the onboarding process.
2. Attempt to complete the form.
3. Observe that the "Indiana County of Residence" dropdown field does not display any counties.

1. Access "Manage Business Configuration" in the system.
2. Ensure that all fields listed in the guide for configuring USA State Withholding Forms are enabled. Refer to the guide: Configuring USA State Withholding Forms.
3. Refresh the OData metadata cache in the system.
4. Request the candidate to attempt completing the form again.
