3698612 - Onboarding dashboard does not display new hire candidates even though permissions are granted

• Dashboard does not display any new hire candidates after initiating the onboarding process.
• Necessary permissions are granted
• Tasks are created without any issue from BPE: monitor process
• Click on any onboarding task from To do and will see Error message encountered: [COE0021] Invalid property names: EmpJob/jobCodeNav. Please check the property name in Admin Center > OData API Data Dictionary or entity metadata. Ensure there were no data model changes that removed this field, and please execute a refresh metadata to ensure the cache is not corrupted.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to "Manage Business Configuration" and activate the "job-code" field under "jobInfo".
2. Refresh the OData metadata cache again.
3. Return to the dashboard and verify if the new hire candidates are displayed correctly.
4. If the issue persists, click on "To Do" > any onboarding Task and check for any additional error messages.
