• Occurs when accessing the Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification tile on the home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as SFADMIN.
2. Navigate to the Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification tile on the home page.
3. Observe the error message: "You don’t have the required permission or task assignment to access this page."

• The candidates for whom the Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification tile is displaying the error message are already present in the onboarding process, and their hire dates have passed. In such cases, the rehire verification step is no longer applicable, and the tile is treated as a stale homepage entry.

1. Verify whether the candidates are already present in the onboarding process and if their hire dates have passed.
2. If the candidates are confirmed to be in the onboarding process and their hire dates have passed, the Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification tile can be safely removed as it is considered a stale homepage entry.
3. If there is a candidate for whom the issue persists and the hire date has not passed, further investigation is required to check for other possible scenarios.
