3698639 - The Catalog "SAP_FIN_BC_GL_ACC_OVR_PC" is not found after activating the scope item J58

• The catalog "SAP_FIN_BC_GL_ACC_OVR_PC" is not found in the app "Maintain Business app" under the role "SAP_BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT/BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT".
• Despite Scope Item J58 being enabled, app "General Ledger Overview" is not displayed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to App 'Maintain Business app'.
2. Click on Edit button.
3. Find the Business Role 'SAP_BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT/BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT'.
4. Attempt to add the Business Catalog 'SAP_FIN_BC_GL_ACC_OVR_PC'.

The predecessor Scope Item BGC needs to be activated alongside the successor Scope Item J58 for the release 2508. The business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_GL_ACC_OVR_PC is bound to BGC in this release and cannot be accessed solely through J58.

• Activate Scope Item BGC alongside Scope Item J58 to access the business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_GL_ACC_OVR_PC in the 2508 release.
• Note: That starting from the 2602 release, Scope Item J58 will cover this functionality without requiring activation of BGC.
