3698643 - Distinguishing internal hires via r&o from ec data import in onboarding dashboard

• Internal hires matching the condition set by the business rule "ONB2_InternalHire_Configuration" are displayed in the Onboarding Dashboard.
• Internal hires whose data has been updated via EC data import, with an event reason "National Transfer-Same LE", are also displayed in the Onboarding Dashboard.
• There is no option to distinguish internal hires hired via R&O from those updated via EC data import.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create a business rule with the scenario "Initiate Internal Hire Configuration" to define a condition for the internal hire Onboarding process.
2. Access the Onboarding Dashboard and select "Internal Hire" as "Hire Type".
3. Observe that internal hires matching the condition are displayed in the dashboard, including those whose data has been updated via EC data import with an event reason "National Transfer-Same LE".

1. Currently, there is no option available to distinguish internal hires who have been hired via R&O from those updated via EC data import in the Onboarding Dashboard.
2. To request a change in the behavior of this feature, it is recommended to submit an Enhancement Request for consideration in a future release.
