• Completed and e-signed Section 2, I-9 forms are not visible in "Manage Documents" for candidates when "Is the New Hire Remote?" option is selected as "Yes".
• Only Section 1 of the I-9 form is available in "Manage Documents".
• No warning or message indicates that the I-9 Section 2 displayed during submission will not be saved.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in as the designated administrator.
2. Navigate to "Manage Documents".
3. Select an affected candidate for whom "Is the New Hire Remote?" option was selected as "Yes".
4. Verify that only Section 1 of the I-9 form is visible, while Section 2 is not visible.

• When the "Is the New Hire Remote?" flag is set to "Yes" during the I-9 form process, the system skips generating and saving Section 2 of the I-9 form for signing.

1. Confirm that the behavior is standard for the I-9 remote hire flow.
2. If the "Is the New Hire Remote?" flag is set to "True", there is no way to generate the Section 2 form for signing or recover images of the completed Section 2.
3. To address this issue in the future, submit an Enhancement Request to modify the behavior of the feature and include the ability to save Section 2 and recover images of completed and e-signed Section 2 forms.
