Symptom
- Emails are not being triggered when running an interface.
- Error message: "Transmitting the message to endpoint using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.service.mapping.MappingException: Mapping failed in runtimeApplication mapping program e2vault/E2VaultIntegration throws a stream transformation exception: com.sap.aii.mapping.api.StreamTransformationException: com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldnt connect to host, port:XXX; timeout -1; nested exception is: java.net.UnknownHostException: XXX
- The issue persists even after clearing the REMOVE tag in configuration and deploying.
- There is no mail adapter channel configured in the system; email functionality is configured through Java Mapping.
