3698701 - BR_Error while modifying the minimum withholding tax amount assigned to the withholding tax type

When attempting to update the minimum withholding tax amount for the Withholding Tax Type, the system displays an error: Cannot amend withholding tax threshold on a day when transactions have already been calculated using the existing threshold.
