An error occurs when generating Compensation insights on Compensation Information: Unable to generate insights due to missing information.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Access the employee profile of the Target user;
2. Navigate to Compensation Information, click the three-dot menu > Generate Insights;
3. Observe the following error message:
   “Unable to generate insights due to missing information. Several fields have incomplete data, preventing insights from being generated. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.”

One or more permissions are missing.

Grant the necessary permissions below to the Access user over the Target user.

Employee Central Effective Dated Entities:

• Job Information Actions (View Current);
• Job Information Actions (View History);
• Compensation Info Actions (View Current);
• Compensation Info Actions (View History).

Employee Data:

• Employment Details MSS (View).
