Symptom

  • PO mail processing shows significant performance degradation after migration to Office 365
  • Email message retrieval and processing become slower.
  • Multiple emails with large attachments greater than 1 MB fail to process and result in the error:

`Error: Exception caught during processing mail message [0] com.sun.mail.util.FolderClosedIOException`.
