An error "You have no authorization to change transaction authorizations" occurs when replicating two IC Business Partners from the Production System to the Public Cloud system AU4.

1. Attempt to replicate two IC Business Partners from the Production System to the Public Cloud system AU4.
2. Exclude Treasury Roles during the replication process.
3. Observe the error message: "You have no authorization to change transaction authorizations."

The payload from the Production System contains multiple AuthorisationGroupCode fields requesting modifications in the Public Cloud system AU4. The current Business User lacks the appropriate permissions for such modifications, resulting in the system returning the error message "You have no authorization to change transaction authorizations."

1. Adjust the Business Partner replication mapping for the AuthorisationGroupCode on the Production System side to avoid requesting unauthorized modifications in the Public Cloud system.
2. Alternatively, grant the necessary permissions to the Business User in the Public Cloud system, such as SAP_BR_BUPA_MASTER_SPECIALIST or any other catalog that allows maintenance of Business Partner Authorization Groups.
