3698762 - Error "Data Transformation Signature Element E_CHANGED does not exist"

Error message: "Data Transformation Signature Element E_CHANGED does not exist" appears when executing report Access Rights Change Log (Report ID CCAB03_Q001).

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Select the Design Reports view.
3. Search and open report Access Rights Change Log (Report ID CCAB03_Q001).
4. In filter, fill the user as ABC (ABC means a user) and change as X.
5. Execute the report.

Observe the error message: "Data Transformation Signature Element E_CHANGED does not exist".

The error occurs because the field "Changed" is referenced in the report filter, but it is not included in the report’s view.

To resolve the issue, ensure that the "Changed" field is added to the report view before applying it as a filter. Follow the steps below to add the field:

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Enter the Design Reports view.
3. Search and open the report Access Rights Change Log (Report ID CCAB03_Q001).
4. In filter, fill the user: ABC.
5. In the View, add "Changed" in the Row Field.
6. Add the filter to "Changed".
7. Execute the report to view the data.

The report will now execute successfully without the error.
