3698769 - Missing character in zip code on compliance forms during signature step

• A candidate's zip code is missing a character on compliance forms during the signature step.
• The address appears correct in the new employee data and the compliance form before submission.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create a candidate for Canada legal entity.
2. Generate the compliance form for Canada.
3. Verify the address zip code is populated correctly in the TD1 form.
4. Submit the form with the required details.
5. Observe that when the form is presented for the onboardee to sign, one of the zip code characters is missing.

The zip code format for Canada was incorrect format.

• Postal code is not maintained in standard format, where a space is mandatory after 3rd character. So total of 7 character (including space is expected).
• The format for postal codes in Canada is ANA NAN: for example, Toronto, Ontario M2P 2B8.
