Symptom

  • You want to create a specific, customized visualization (like a chart or table with pre-set filters) in the "Analyze ESG Data" app and make it available for all users in your organization.
  • You can see the option to make the entire "Overview" (the collection of metric tiles) public, but you cannot find how to make a detailed, saved configuration for a single metric public.
  • When you configure a chart with a specific Period, Reporting Structure, and save it as your default, other users are not able to see this same configuration.
