Symptom

After insertion of a HTML mashup on home page, there is a double refresh every time the page is opened.  

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the system. 
  2. Check home page.
  3. Notice the double refreshing. 

Cause

The mashup is loading twice because the first refresh occurs to load all the available mashups on homepage, and the second refresh happens to fetch the mashup data. Both calls are necessary to load the mashup.

Resolution

This is expected system behavior for mashups.
