3698837 - Cost Center authorization restrictions for cost center creation in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

It is necessary to know what cost center authorization restrictions are checked when creating a new cost center.

1. Attempt to create a new cost center within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environment.
2. Set restrictions on the cost center permissions to a specific range.
3. Observe that the system requires unrestricted access (*) for the cost center to proceed without errors.

On Cost Center creation, if business role restrictions for cost centers are maintained, the blank initial value, represented as two single quote marks with no space in between (''), should also be maintained along with other restrictions to successfully create a cost center.

1. Ensure that the empty string value ('') are explicitly added to the cost center and any cost center-related writing restrictions in the authorization configuration.
2. Include the empty string value alongside other specified values in the writing restriction for the cost center.
