3698861 - Joule Fails with "Internal Server Error" after the instance refresh at subaccount level

Symptom

  • User wants to change the existing Joule instance with new Joule instance. Even after following all steps outlined in the SAP’s official instructions), Joule fails to start. The system does not load and displays an "Internal Server Error"

  • When checking the network traces, URL of the Joule application still points to the old instance instead of the new one.
