Symptom

Unable to find Sync Report center search in the SuccessFactors instance

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

  • Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SuccessFactors
  2. Go to Admin Center
  3. Under Tools search for 'Sync Report center search'
  4. No results found 

Cause

Report Center Search Functionality is disabled

Resolution

  • Go to Manage Report center
  • Enable Report Center Search Functionality toggle
  • Once enabled, Sync report center search will now be available
