Symptom

  • When accessing URL https://<HOST>:<PORT>/BOE/BI?user=<USERNAME>  getting error "Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)" 
  • CMS high traces show :

        (secpluginent.cpp:765) Invalid password for user .
