3698903 - Error While Updating SAP Integration Suite Advanced Event Mesh Subscription Plan

Symptom

When attempting to update the SAP Integration Suite, Advanced Event Mesh (AEM) subscription from the Default plan to the Standard plan, the following error message appears:

"Couldn't unsubscribe from SAP Integration Suite, advanced event mesh. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a support case using the component: BC-CP-EM-AEM."
