Symptom

  • When using the Fiori app Manage Direct Activity Allocation (F3697) and assigning a Profitability Segment, the system raises the following error during derivation:

         For field ‘XXXXX’, no characteristic value ‘00000000’ exists
         Diagnosis
         Characteristic value ‘00000000’ has not been entered in the master data for field ‘XXXXX’.

  •  Direct Activity Allocation with assignment to a Profitability Segment is not possible in app F3697.
