3698948 - Candidate search issue in the agency portal - Recruiting Management

After 2H 2025 release, Candidate Search on Agency Portal is not fully working. Some of the issues are:

•    When searching for both First and Last Names there are no results;
•    When using special characters, the search doesn't work;
•    The search is not working with specific languages, eg. Polish.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login to agency portal.
2. Try to search for a candidate by full name / special characters, candidate will not return in search results.
3. Try to search by either first name or last name without special polish characters, it works.

This is a known issue and currently being investigated by engineering team.
