3699007 - Document Flow is not displayed after tenant refresh

• SAP Sales and Service Cloud version 2

1. Go to the Sales Order view.
2. Open a Sales Order replicated to S/4HANA or ERP.
3. Go to Document Flow panel

You don't see any document flow (follow-up documents like purchase orders, invoices or accounting documents) when you look at Sales Orders replicated from our SAP ERP Backend.

The issue occurs due to an incorrect Communication System reference for the external ID of the Sales Document as Document Flow service may still point to the previous system (e.g., ABCCLNT123, where ABCCLNT123 represents a generic system) instead of the current one (e.g., ABCCLNTNEW123).
Since the old system is no longer active or reachable, the request receives no response.

Currently, copying a tenant from production to testing along with its integration settings is not supported.
However, you can try the following workaround:

• Set up the Communication System for the S/4HANA test environment using the same Technical ID as the previous S/4HANA production Communication System.

By using the same Technical ID, the Document Flow service will correctly reference the new system, and the document flow data should display as expected.
