Symptom

Customer encounters the below warning message while uploading the duty rates file. 

  • Warning message: 'xxxx: Preference document unknown -> No duty rate created for country xx ' (Message No. /SAPSLL/LEG_CUS_TLC343).
  • Warning message: 'ISO code xx is not assigned to a country key'.
  • Warning message: 'No country/region found for ISO code xx -> Duty rate not created`
  • Warning message: 'Mapping missing for UoM MIL. Customs duty rate with EXSID xxxxxxxx is complex'
