3699013 - Attachments (Business Document Service) are not available in Fiori app F1604A

Symptom

In the Fiori app F1604A – Manage Internal Orders (V2), users cannot add or view attachments for internal orders, although in classic GUI transactions KO02 / KO03 it is possible to attach documents to internal orders using Business Document Service (BDS). However, the same attachments are not visible and no attachment functionality is available in app F1604A.
