3699031 - ADLS Error Message: "Failed to get container children for" in Datasphere

Symptom

The connection type is Microsoft Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2. Evan if the connection is valid, the following error still occurs when creating Data Flow or Replication Flow:

An error occurred while accessing the connection. Open the "Connection" app in the side navigation panel, validate the connection, and view the details. If you do not have access to the "Connection" app, please contact your administrator.

Cause

The SAS token does not match the Root Path.

Resolution

SAS tokens are created at the container level, therefore the relevant path needs to be filled in the Root Path field, instead of being empty.
