3699032 - Allocation reversal fails for leading ledger with message “Cycle is already being reversed” in Manage Allocations app

• When running allocation reversal using the Fiori app Manage Allocations, the allocation run is reversed successfully for non-leading ledgers (for example LA, LB), but the reversal fails for the leading ledger (0L) with the following error message: “Cycle 3046A1 in run 202506250000006 is already being reversed for period 003” 
• However, no reversal for this allocation run has been executed before.
• Reversal is incomplete
• Allocation results are not correctly reflected
• Sender/receiver values appear as 0 for the leading ledger
