Symptom

  • An error occurs in SAINT while installing the addons.
  • The error message displayed is: "ERROR: transport request parameter is invalid [<directories>]".
  • The issue occurs during the CHECK_REQUIREMENTS phase.
  • The process runs on one of the application servers, but switching to the PAS via SM51 resolves the error.
