Symptom

When workflow initiator check in View my pending requests >> My requests for approval:

the same workflow appears twice on the page.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy as the workflow initiator.
  2. Navigate to "View my pending requests" tool, then select "My requests for approval".
  3. Observe that pending workflows for several employees are displayed in duplicate.

Cause

Some workflows have the same createdTime due to being created via import, resulting in closely timed or identical timestamps.

When displaying pending workflows, the system uses createdTime to order the results, which may cause duplicate records to appear when "load more" is clicked.

Resolution

The issue is identified as a display problem and does not impact data integrity or pose any data risk.

A code correction ticket (ECT-265158) has been raised to address the display issue.
