3699075 - Future Enhancement: Priority-Based Deduction for Time Off in Lieu and Working Time Accounts

There is a business requirement to deduct working hours from time accounts in a predefined priority order, specifically between time off in lieu account (TOIL) and working time account (WTA).

For example, when an employee works fewer or more hours than the defined threshold, the resulting hour deficit should be deducted first from TOIL and, if the balance is insufficient, subsequently from WTA.

This functionality is currently not supported by design.

Time valuation does not check time account balances, and the ability to deduct hours based on a defined priority order is planned for a future release. This KBA will be updated once the enhancement is available.
