Symptom

  • Unable to open the XSA WebIDE
  • SAP Web IDE does not load, Showing: Loading....
  • XSA Cockpit is working but unable to open the WebIDE
  • Web IDE screen is just loading and freezes once the credentials are entered
  • Have already checked the roles, restarted the Web IDE and also restage but nothing helped
